Norton Cottages terms & conditions.

Credit Cards:- We now accept payment by credit or debit card. (There will be a 2% charge on all credit card payments) The cost of one night's accommodation will be taken if guests do not turn up.

Access Statement:- Norton Cottages are part of a listed building and built on the side of a hill, the gradient is too steep to offer wheel chair access. Both cottages are approached by a flight of shallow lipped steps, with a hand rail up to the Cider Loft. Once inside the accommodation is all on one level in both cottages. We recommend the Apple Store for people with mobility issues, it is closer to the car park, and there is a roomy step-in shower with adjustable seat and grab rail. We do have many regular guests with limited mobility, and they cope quite happily. Please let us know if you need assistance with access, or more information and we will be happy to help.
